Refund Policy
At MAVÉ, we want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read the policy below to understand how returns and refunds work.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging
- In case of jewellery, free from scratches, marks, or damage
- Returned with proof of purchase
- Tags intact
If the item does not pass quality inspection upon return, we may refuse the refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings
- Nose jewelry
- Personalized / custom items
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
These items are final sale.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item after verification.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees, Cash on Delivery fees, and processing fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size ordered, or personal reason — the customer pays for return shipping.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item or manufacturing defect) — we cover the return shipping.
Important Notes
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, resizing, breakage, perfume exposure, or chemical damage will not be accepted.
- Scratches that occur from normal wear are not considered defects.
- If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unavailability, or non-collection, re-shipping charges will apply.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our conditions.
Defective or Incorrect Item Received?
If you believe your item is defective or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send clear photos/videos of the issue
- Include your order number
We will review and offer an exchange or solution.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Once processing begins, cancellations are not allowed.
Pre-paid orders refunded on cancellation will take 5–7 business days.
